1.- Frequency of Service: A weekly is frequency of service to be provided by Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC is a Weekly.

1.1. Please note Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC will make every effort to accommodate CUSTOMER'S Preferred Day of the Week. However, Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC reserves the right to perform its services on another day, if necessary. The service technician is not required to communicate the right to perform these services on another day.

 2.- Missed Service Calls: In the event your service falls on a holiday, service will not be rescheduled. In the event of rain on your service day, the pool/spa will be cleaned to the extent weather permits and chemicals will be added. (In the event that you believe that a service call was missed for reasons other than those stated previously, please contact Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC within 24 hours, and the call will be made up.)

3.- Services to be performed:

Inspect filter o-ring and fittings

Inspect salt cell

Inspect motor o-rings, seal and fittings

Inspect outside any sign of leak

Vacuum

Filter pressure and backwash

Inspect timer

Inspect pressure gauge

Inspect chlorinator

Brush pool walls and floor

Test and balanced water chemistry

Balance pool water

Clean pool tile

Empty skimmer basket

Skim pool water

Clean tiles and skimmer with cleanser

Empty pool pump basket

Replacement filter element

Maintenance salt chlorine generation

All materials necessary for the above services are furnished by Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC. Additional services visits may be needed and billed extra above the normal service fees (e.g., storms, severe algae problems, small animal removal, and debris removal caused by another company). All services are performed as needed. 

 4.- Repairs: Repairs under $20.00 will be performed without prior notification. Repairs above the amount listed here will require written authorization from CUSTOMER.

5.- Billed. Payment for service rendered is due upon the due date of the CUSTOMER invoice. CUSTOMERS have four (4) business days to submit payment in full.

6.- Payment methods and fees

a) Check, name to Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean at PO Box 1326, Estero, FL 33929. 

b) Credit Car: Visa or Mastercard and automatic online payments. There are credit/debit cards fee of 4 %. (This percentage can be increased according to Intuit) No portion of this fee is retained by Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean LLC.

 7.- Late Payments/Fees: Any payment is considered late if not paid by the above fore mentioned statements. Any amount outstanding for 30 or more days will bear interest at the rate of 1 1/2 percent per month calculated on the amount owed from the date on which it became due and payable until paid. Late fee will apply in accordance to ANGEL FALLS POOL AND PRESSURE CLEAN, LLC policy and procedures.

8. Disclaimer: Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC, LLC will not be responsible for any damage to property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse. Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC is not responsible for the performance of any chemicals it does not sell. CUSTOMER should be aware of normal deterioration of equipment that occurs over time due to exposure to chemicals and sunlight. Due to these factors, Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC recommends other annual services (e.g., Annual tune- up of equipment, filter cleaning) above normal maintenance. The CUSTOMER is responsible for maintaining the correct water level and keeping trees and plants trimmed away from the pool/spa and equipment and maintaining equipment by authorizing annual service to equipment. Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC is not responsible for any damages or deterioration caused by failure of CUSTOMER to perform other services recommended by Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC or by failure of CUSTOMER to properly maintain pool and equipment between visits. If you have any complaints or concerns regarding frequency or completeness of service, you must call Angel Falls Pool and Pressure Clean, LLC within 24 hours after the service occurred or was scheduled to have occurred.

9.- Termination: This agreement may be terminated thirty (30) days after either party receives written notice of intent to terminate from each other. This agreement may be terminated immediately if all balances are paid in full regardless of any CUSTOMER.

10.- HOLIDAY, VACATION & TRAINING TO TECHNICIAN: We observe five holidays per year: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Labor Day and Independence Day, July 4th. If your normal visit falls on one of these days, the pool will not be cleaned, but the technician will take all the precautions the week before in the chemical levels and maintenance of the filter so that the water quality of your pool is maintained. The charges for pool services will remain the same. Monthly invoices are based on a 4-week month. However, during each year, there are 4 months that contain 5 weeks. So, we do not bill you for these extra weeks and use these days at various times through the year for educational seminars and vacation. You will be notified in advance in your monthly invoice.

11.- Pool Starup.  New or renovated pools requiere an influx of chemical and time to be balanced. Must be scheduled. The price will be calculated based on the size of the pool, the frequency of visits and the amount of chemicals used.

12.- Green to Clean. To take a pool from green to clean it requires numerous trips to balance chemicals, clean filter and brush walls. The price will be calculated based on the size of the pool, the frequency of visits and the amount of chemicals used.
